Imagination Park Entertainment Acquires Prodigy Films And Appoints Producer Jeff Rice to Advisory Board

Vancouver, B.C. – December 11, 2017 – Imagination Park Entertainment Inc. (CSE: IP) (OTC: IPNFF) (FRA: GMS1) (“Imagination Park” or “Company”) is pleased to announce it has acquired, in an all share deal, Prodigy Films Inc., a movie production company created and funded by Hollywood producer Jeff Rice.  Mr. Rice has produced over 90 movies including 2 GUNS (Denzel Washington) and END OF WATCH with Jake Gyllenhall and Michael Pena. He has worked on some of Hollywood’s most successful movies and with stars ranging from Robert De Niro to Russell Crowe.

Alen Paul Silverrstieen, CEO of Imagination Park stated: “Jeff has become known as a top producer in Hollywood having produced films such as LONE SURVIVOR (Mark Wahlberg) and ESCAPE PLAN (Arnold Schwarzenegger).  Our deal will have Jeff immediately bring to Imagination Park a new exciting film intellectual property called Truth.”

Prodigy Films was acquired for 71,428 common shares of Imagination Park, at a deemed value of C$0.70 a share, for gross consideration of C$50,000.  All securities issued carry a four-month resale restriction as required under Canadian securities laws.
